Rachael McCarthy

Remedial Massage Therapist

Diploma of Remedial Massage

Rachael is a qualified massage therapist with a strong commitment to ongoing education and evidence-informed care. She has been working in the massage industry since 2024 and brings experience supporting a broad range of clients, including NDIS-funded participants, individuals living with chronic pain, and corporate employees managing work-related tension and postural strain.

Rachael takes a thoughtful, client-centred approach to care, working to understand the underlying factors contributing to each person’s presenting concerns. She values a multidisciplinary model of health and wellbeing rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Her treatments are designed to support improved mobility, reduced pain, postural correction, and relief from muscle tension. Rachael incorporates a range of techniques into her sessions, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, and both active and passive movement techniques. Where appropriate, she also provides take-home stretches to support ongoing progress between appointments.

Rachael enjoys working with clients who are motivated to better understand their bodies and who value a proactive, collaborative approach to their health, whether they are recovering from injury, managing persistent discomfort, or seeking to move and function more comfortably in daily life.

Outside the clinic, Rachael enjoys teaching yoga and Pilates, spending time in nature, and bringing people together through community-focused events.
