Nadhirah Haleem is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with over five years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities to improve their health through practical, evidence-based nutrition. She holds a Master of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Nutrition Science from Monash University, and is Monash FODMAP trained, providing strong clinical credibility across metabolic and digestive health.
Nadhirah has a particular interest in Type 2 Diabetes, cholesterol management, gut health, and sustainable weight management. Her approach is personalised and non-restrictive, focusing on realistic strategies that support long-term behaviour change rather than short-term fixes. Clients often value her ability to translate complex nutrition science into clear, achievable actions that fit into everyday life.
Working across private practice and multidisciplinary clinics, Nadhirah collaborates closely with GPs, chiropractors, podiatrists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care. This integrated approach helps clients feel supported, confident, and empowered to make meaningful changes to their health.
Nadhirah places strong emphasis on mindfulness, balance, and nourishment, supporting clients to improve energy levels, metabolic health, and overall wellbeing while developing a healthier relationship with food. She is known for her warm, approachable style and her ability to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and understood.
Outside of work, you’ll find her cooking (her favourite therapy), playing netball or golf, or having coffee at Prosepena Bakery.
