Ingredients

1 lime, thinly sliced

¼ cup mint leaves

1 teaspoon honey

1 cup sparkling water

1 x 330ml bottle ginger & lemon kombucha

Directions

  1. Divide lime, mint and honey between two tall cocktail glasses; crush and stir until mint and lime release their juices and flavours.

  2. Divide 1 cup of ice between glasses, then top with sparkling water and kombucha.

  3. Garnish with extra lime and mint and serve immediately
