Kombojito

Ingredients
1 lime, thinly sliced
ΒΌ cup mint leaves
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup sparkling water
1 x 330ml bottle ginger & lemon kombucha
Directions
- Divide lime, mint and honey between two tall cocktail glasses; crush and stir until mint and lime release their juices and flavours.
- Divide 1 cup of ice between glasses, then top with sparkling water and kombucha.
- Garnish with extra lime and mint and serve immediately
